Honey Amber & lava necklace, divided by sterling silver beads.
Materials: Baltic amber – Black Lava spheres
Length: 50 cm – 19,6 inch
Colours: Black – Honey yellow
Yellow and black work really well for me, I am using this combination quite often.
This necklace features the same combo, we have 5 spheres of natural black lava, measuring 1.2 cm in diameter (0.5 inch), divided by beads of clear, transparent natural Baltic amber of a beautiful honey color.
In between the lava and the amber there are little sterling silver balls.
It is a very natural piece, which thanks to the spacing and minimalist usage of materials is still very elegant.
The necklace is 50 cm (19.6 inch) long, is strung on a double, very strong jewellery wire, and the closure is also full sterling silver.
This necklace is one of a kind, you will be buying an unique, handmade necklace, exactly the piece you see on the photos.
Baltic amber is one of the oldest Amber in the world (40 million year), is light to wear, and always feels warm to touch. It is the perfect material for jewelry.
Amber is not a stone or mineral, but an organic substance created by the dripping of resin from certain pine trees(conifers of the family Sciadopityaceae), which was fossilized over a period of millions of years. I am using Baltic Amber only, dating back 40 million years.
